4. How to Request Account Deletion
If you wish to permanently delete your Rewardo
account:
- Email us at support@rewado24.com
- Use the subject line: “Account Deletion
Request”
- Include your registered mobile number and email
ID.
Deleting your account will also delete your personal
data as described above.
5. Verification Process
We take security seriously to prevent unauthorized
deletion requests.
Before processing:
- Our team will verify your identity by matching
your provided details (mobile number and email) with our records.
- If additional proof is required, we may request a
one-time verification code or supporting documents.
6. Processing Timeline
- We will acknowledge your request within 48
hours.
- Verified deletion requests will be completed
within 7 days.
- You will receive a final confirmation
email once your data/account is deleted.
7. Impact of Deletion
Once your data/account is deleted:
- Your account will be permanently closed.
- All personal data will be erased from our active
systems.
- Any rewards, coins, or points will be lost and
cannot be recovered.
- Certain backup copies may remain for up to 7
days before being overwritten for system integrity.
8. Exceptions to Immediate Deletion
